During our stay at this hotel, we enjoyed visiting Vodafone Park, checking out the lively atmosphere and catching a game. The hotel's amenities like the coffee shop, garden, and playground were perfect for the family, offering a variety of activities such as darts, mini-golf, and fun Pilates and aerobics classes at the 24-hour health club.

My wife says that the hotel should consider adding more children's activities.

the service was impeccable and we were constantly impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. the spa lounge was relaxing and the steam room was the perfect treat for a cold day.

The only minor issue we experienced at this venue was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. the in-room breakfast option more than made up for this.

The spacious lobby and hallways were easily accessible, allowing for effortless navigation, and the comfortable seating areas provided a place to rest and relax. The convenient location near the metro station made it easy for senior visitors to explore the city at their own pace, ensuring a delightful and stress-free stay.

I wish the children working there could ensure larger, more easily accessible desks in the rooms to accommodate comfortable relaxation and work for senior guests.

All was perfect.

The staff's good attitude towards my elderly parents on my first stay was heartwarming. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and 24-hour security. From massages to business facilities, it has everything I need. Coming back for a business trip.

The location was perfect for us as it was in the center of everything. We were close to the metro and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym on the fourth floor which we loved. The staff, from the reception to the daily housekeeping by Cherry, were all amazing. The restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied our taste buds. We also enjoyed the green garden/park feel of the hotel, with a golf course right next door. This hotel made us feel like VIP customers and we appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to this city.

The hotel is a hidden gem with luxurious amenities and a central location. The staff is amazing, especially Mehmet, Enayatullah, Hekim, Ugur, Hussain. The hotel has a nice patio and a semi-outdoor seating area for smokers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is great, with a metro station nearby and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help out. The breakfast here was excellent, and I highly recommend adding it to your stay. Nothing, it is perfect.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Despite some noise from the nearby busy street, the soundproofing was excellent. We enjoyed the spa facilities and the massage too. Plus, the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. we had a pleasant stay at Melas Hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provides facilities measuring 646 square feet for meeting needs. The on-site hammam and business centre were convenient for relaxation and work.

I missed having a pay per view channel in the room for entertainment and relaxation after long days of meetings.

The hotel had everything I needed - a restaurant with delicious Mediterranean cuisine, a fitness center for a quick workout, and a bar to unwind at the end of the day. The indoor pool and hammam were a nice bonus too, and I even tried my hand at billiards and mini-golf!

Oh, there was absolutely nothing negative about my stay. Perfect in every way, just like me.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, especially with the heated floors and premium bedding. The Smart TV and minibar made it super convenient for a relaxed evening in.

I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary for my preferences.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even surprised us with cakes and lovely cards on special occasions. the hotel's cleanliness was superb, making our experience nice.

We encountered some issues. The gym equipment was poor and not up to standard.
